Reservations and any enquiries related to accommodation must be handled directly with the hotel.
Important: discounts increase the earlier the booking is made, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible:
- 20% discount up to 60 days before arrival
- 15% discount between 59 and 15 days before arrival
- 10% discount up to 14 days before arrival

Payment corresponding to the registration fee for the Inter-European Insurance and Reinsurance Meeting must be made by bank transfer payable to INESE SPS, S.L. at:

Cancellations
Cancellations received 8 days in advance will be refunded the registration fees, deducting 10% as expenses. With less than one week’s notice, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Once the Congress has started, cancellations will not be accepted, but substitution by another person from the same company will be accepted, as long as the substitution is made for full attendance at the Congress.
